Refund Policy for Photography and Production Services

This policy applies to all photography services provided by Swapnil Bapat Photography, including but not limited to interior/architecture photography, food photography, still life photography, film stills or production stills, industrial photography, and other specialized photography services.

  1. Cancellation: Payment for photography services is non-refundable. Once a service is booked and confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 10 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

  2. Product Descriptions: We strive to accurately represent our photography services, including providing detailed information and examples where possible. It is your responsibility to review the service description carefully before booking. If you have any questions or require clarification, please contact us before confirming your booking.

  3. Client Satisfaction: We are committed to providing high-quality photography services. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a session, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and find a satisfactory resolution.

  4. Exceptions: In exceptional cases where Swapnil Bapat Photography is unable to fulfill a booked service or if there are technical issues beyond our control that significantly affect the quality of the service provided, we may, at our discretion, consider offering a refund or alternative compensation.

  5. Changes to the Policy: Swapnil Bapat Photography reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically for updates.
